SuperWash is an extended wash option designed for heavily soiled laundry or items with strong odours.
No. For regular laundry, SuperWash is not always necessary. It is best used for dirtier loads or items with lingering smells.
Yes. If SuperWash appears selected by default, you can deselect it before starting your cycle if it is not needed for your load.
Yes. Washer prices are based on cold water, and warm or hot water can be selected for enhanced cleaning at an additional cost.
Larger washer loads usually require multiple dryers for the best results.
A 6X washer usually needs 2 3X dryers. An 8X washer usually needs 2 5X dryers depending on the load.
Overloading reduces airflow and leads to slower, less even drying. Using the right number of dryers helps save time and improves results.
DexterPay is a mobile payment app that lets you pay for your cycle, select certain wash options, and track your laundry from your phone. You must still start the machine in person.
Download the DexterPay app from your device, create an account, and follow the prompts to add your payment method.
When setting up DexterPay, select Location #10476 – La Benanderie. You can set this up in advance to save time when you arrive.
Open the app, enter the machine number, choose your options, complete your payment and press START button on the washer.

Yes. Coin payment is available, and a change machine is on site for convenience.

La Benanderie is open 7 days a week, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Laundry must be removed promptly at the end of each cycle. A short grace period of 10 minutes may be allowed, but items left in washers or dryers for too long will be moved so other customers can use the machines. Repeated delays may result in further action at management’s discretion.
